Role Purpose 


This role is responsible for the training and professional development of an organization’s employees. Their purpose is to make the most out of people’s talents and help them develop to their full potential in line with Vodafone Turkey Corporate Functions’ strategy. 
 

Job Responsibility

Your Place in the team

  • Design & Execute Upskill/Reskill Academies for Corporate Functions
  • Design, plan and deliver skill development agenda for Corporate Functions.
  • Work closely with Agile Coaches & People Managers for facilitating & planning Team Effectiveness Workshops both within teams and cross functional teams.
  • Design & Execute Digital Academies for Youth Segment. 
  •  Support special Diversity Projects around Women in Tech, Social Gender Equality, Domestic Violence, etc. in terms of program development and delivery.
  • Manage Digital Onboarding Process; including Digital Buddy App, Orientation & Engagement Programs
  • Manage & coordinate Red Academy Podcast Channel on various platforms.
  • Track & manage internal trainers ecosystem
  • Prepare and manage yearly budget within the responsibilities

Long Description

We are looking for you if you have


•    Graduate from related universities, master degree is adding value
•    At least 6 years of experience in HR, min 3 years in Learning Development Function
•    Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
•    General interest in technologies and digital agenda, ability to quickly learn new systems
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•    People Management skills
•    Coaching and / or team coaching certification is plus
•    Good command of English
