Role Purpose 
Responsible for driving execution of key projects and procurement of Media. The role requires excellent communication skills in order to manage critical mediums, vendors and partners, which directly touches to all media. And the role also requires advanced communication skills with all levels of management including Head, Senior Management and C-level.

The role needs expertise in all media projects/deals, agency management and especially in digital media deals of the Company.

Expertise in Media and marketing related categories and manage the procurement activities in line with technical specifications, benchmark and track the changes in foreign and local markets. Managing the planned budget by analysing the necessity of items/services required, working with internal stakeholders, (incl. Vodafone Procurement Company (VPC) based in Luxembourg). 
Also, working with the VPC Category team to gather requirements to ensure that the OpCo’s views are considered during Strategy development and represent the OpCo as required in subsequent negotiations.  

Your Place in the team
•    Accountable for management of mainly procurement processes of Media and Engagement Marketing Business Unit requirements.
•    Work as part of the team to execute global category procurement strategies including innovative commercial modelling.
•    Drive change management, leveraging support functions to add value to the end to end supply chain process.
•    Management of multiple business requirements through to a speedy resolution whilst delivering optimal business results & ensuring compliance to policy.
•    Manages internal audiences and external agencies/vendors to ensure understanding of the Brand identity. 
•    Leads and collaborates with creative and brand communications’ vendors to develop ongoing briefs/deals and manages the agency delivery.
•    Seek for best practices in procurement of Media. 

Order Management & Project Management;
•    Leads and owns Local relationship with VPC & Global Key Category Suppliers.
•    Analyse internal costs, and work closely with financial decision support team.
•    Initiate and manage cost reduction activities and projects with an overall vision and cross functional communication on Marketing and Media area. 
•    Perform benchmarking activities using internal and external data with local and global studies.
•    Manage tendering process (RFI/RFP/RFQ) in line with Vodafone commercial principles and VPC strategies.
•    Support the stakeholders with recommendations on supplier selection, definition of the appropriate commercial framework, and sourcing approach for related categories.
•    Conduct commercial negotiations to ensure premium level in terms of pricing, quality, max. customer satisfaction.
•    Execute PO management in the VF ERP systems. Track order status and manage claims.
•    Accountable for delivering SCM KPIs (incl saving targets, etc). 

Budget responsibility;
•    Manage and analyse yearly budget under responsible categories, provide support on budget preparation and regular review.  

Contract Management & Supplier Performance Management;
•    Initiate contract drafting activities before RFQ phase, working with Legal Team for local contracts and Vodafone Procurement Agreement’s (VPA) for global contracts.
•    Manage the communication regarding to the VPA contracts between internal stakeholders, VFTR legal team, finance team and behave as a single point of contact to VPC. 
•    Negotiate as a single point of contact in contractual negotiations with suppliers in local area.
•    Support VPC in contractual negotiations with Supplier.

•    Advanced English in writing, speaking and listening.
•    Prioritise and pro-actively manage not only personal but also team workload with required leadership skills.
•    Leverage Category intelligence to improve Vodafone’s commercial position and become the recognised expert within Vodafone.
•    Develop an effective way of working by having an overall SCM vision and strategies. 
•    Build positive working relationships inside and outside the department, locally and globally.
