ROLE PURPOSE

 

The purpose of the role is to carry out settlements and resolving disputes with business partners and providers in order to prevent potential revenue loss in the existing business area while being an enabler for the new business lines by creation of efficient and value-creating workflows  

Your place in the team

 

•    Comparison of cost, international, interconnection, fix and ADSL invoices against Vodafone internal reports/records
•    Performing traffic data reconciliation with operators and partners
•    Managing dispute process with partners, solving disputes by performing CDR comparisons 
•    Daily trend analysis of content, charge to bill, donation etc.
•    Analysing Report criteria according to Agreements
•    Calculating accrual and actual revenue share of providers
•    Calculating accrual and actual cost/revenue invoices
•    Managing Month-end Reporting Process
•    Managing IT requests for Reporting
•    Participate to new revenue stream projects in order to create efficient business models

 

We are looking for you if you have


•    4 year university degree
•    At least 2 years experience 
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word,  Access)
•    Proficiency in Business Objects
•    No military obligation
•    Preferably good command of written and spoken English
