We are looking for a

Project Manager Expert

We are a looking for project manager to manage VF Technology projects who will be targeting for delivery on time  and on budget with high quality.

Job Responsibility

Your place in the team

•    Strong candidate to manage a portfolio of projects, program, complex or time bounded projects 
•    End to end program/project management
•    Kick off projects approved by governance body defined in the process
•    Build a project team that shall deliver the project 
•    Define and manage stakeholders of the project within the company 
•    Coordinate all project members and manage all project tasks 
•    Manage changes throughout the project and execute change request process
•    Take or escalate key decisions of the projects to ensure timely progress 
•    Develop a project plan and commit a deadline to business owners within a timely manner
•    Execute appropriate phasing of the project 
•    Present project status, progress to all stakeholders 
•    Manage UAT and obtain project acceptance from project owners 
•    Execute closure activities of the project
•    Within a program, manage and coordinate project managers / project leads and their associated work package 
•    Request resources from all units to build project teams 
•    Manage and release resources for projects 
•    Evaluate project team’s performance in project closure  
•    Execute project/programme governance processes 
•    Identify improvement opportunities in the governance process
•    Continuously seek for ways to simplify and enhance project management processes 
•    Report common issues to point out weaknesses 
•    Develop integrated program/ project plans to attain defined quality and timing
•    Perform updates and corrections for the integrated project plans  
•    Control, monitor and review of all project progresses against the Project Delivery Plan
•    Manage project deliverables and ensure that deliverables are reviewed and accepted within defined procedure
•    Report projects’ status & progress to project sponsors and stakeholders 
•    Anticipate risks and define and execute issue resolutions in program level
•    Resolve cross-functional issues at technology level 
•    Identify program /project level risks / issues  
•    Manage dependencies among projects in the program /project portfolio 
•    Provide an integrated high level status for program /project portfolio 
•    Deliver commercial projects for business units 
•    Engage with customers to maintain consistent messages within and outside the project 
•    Make sure that status reports of projects are provided periodically to the project sponsor and owner 

Long Description

We are looking for you if you have

•    Minimum Overall 6 years work experience and 4 years in Project management
•    Working knowledge of Telecom/GSM/Fixed/IT concepts and good understanding of solutions/products in telecom/IT space. 
•    Telecom domain experience with a vendor or operator will be preferred. 
•    Strong technical background of Telecom infrastructure, technologies, products and services
•    Adaptable: Able to cope with the changing needs of the business in a responsive way
•    Builds Trust: with team and customers to effectively meet capability requirements
•    Communication: Influences leadership teams and other stakeholders, communicates with enthusiasm and clarity.
•    Courage: to stand for what they believe in with people from all cultural backgrounds and at all levels in the organization 
•    Driven:  Is motivated, establishes realistic plans and proactively drives delivery 
•    Expert: Is a recognized and experienced in leadership capability development
•    Imaginative:  Thinks outside the box and encourages others to do so too

•    Service Orientated: Service orientated in approach and able to satisfy the often competing demands of customers
•    Proven project management and change management ability
•    Contracting and consultancy expertise
•    Facilitation, coaching and feedback expertise
•    Ability to negotiate, persuade and influence others at all levels, particularly credibility at senior level
•    Planning and knowledge management via structured tools i.e. project server, MS Project.
•    Oral and written presentation skills
•    Time management
•    Very good level of English
