ROLE PURPOSE

The Product lead will ensure that our Cloud & Security product portfolio strategy is translated into market leading product roadmaps and services underpinned by robust business plans  This role will be responsible for developing a market leading and disruptive Public Cloud and Managed Services strategy and product portfolio across all segments and markets globally.  Leveraging skills and capabilities, best practices across the global Vodafone Business functional operating models to drive commercial performance and world leading products in local TR market, this role requires proven experience working effectively with a wide range of both technical & commercial & CX & Journey stakeholders

Job Responsibility

Your Place in the team

•    The  Product Lead defines the strategy and positioning of the product. They oversee the lifecycle of the product and has deep knowledge of the specific product and its features in order to develop and maintain going forwards.Accountabilities include in depth understanding of the customer and all relevant marketing, commercial and operational activities ensuring the customer needs are addressed
•    Analyses, understands and prepares reports on monthly trends, identifying what’s happened and associated drivers, making recommendations to affect change as appropriate;
•    Supports the definition of the proposition and product strategy for the part of the portfolio the role has accountability for;
•    Leads the full E2E delivery and in life management for the area under responsibility, including delivery against business targets and the proactive management of any risks and opportunities as they arise;
•    Is the accountable owner for the portfolio area that falls under this accountability demonstrating the leadership behaviours that come with clear ownership;
•    Works collaboratively with the wider squad community, to continually find ways to make our propositions and offers better and more relevant for our customers, utilising Agile practices to facilitate this at pace;
•    Works closely with Segment,CVM, Pricing, FDS, Sales, sales development, COPS VBU Services  teams to launch offers and propositions;
•    Works closely with Technical operations, Presales teams to offer right propositions in technical & commercial terms to customers;
•    Works closely with vendors, solution partners to define scope of work, roles&reposbilities to launch new business partnerships and maintain existing business relations;
•    Works closely with other Vodafone OPCOs, Group contacts to leverage best practices, global vendor agreements in cloud&security and create value to 
•    Ensures the customer journey processes are simple and clearly defined and adopted by the team and the wider business and drive continuous improvements;


We are looking for you if you have

•    Minimum 8 years experience, preferably in Telecom / IT sector in Datacenter&Cloud&security fields
•    Marketing, Product Management, P&L Management, Business Strategy Development experience
•    Knowledge and hands on experience in Cloud Technologies
•    Strong written, verbal communication skills &inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
