Increase web interactions (explore,monitor,buy) that customers find the answers not in other channels but in digital.

Your place in the team

 

•    Product Owner of Web Squad is accountable for capability, experience & active users of following domains :
o    vodafone.com.tr (public pages without transaction journeys)
o    vodafone.com.tr login 
o    Online self-service web page
o    sub-sites
o    micro sites
•    Own Agile Product Backlog Planning and ensure that the Agile Squad focuses on the most effective product backlog items ,on the way to reach squad vision and goals, which include: 
o    Building strategies in accordance with the squad’s vision 
o    Creating roadmap in line with the overall the squad’s vision and goals
o    Following KPIs and launch initiatives to increase them
o    Creating smooth, convergent and high performing web experience
o    Applying a data driven decision making approach
o    Analyzing customer non-digital and digital behavior to reveal the opportunities and pain points
o    Launching new projects to increase the sales,  active users and transactions to maintain our customers life-cycle in digital
o    Launching new capability projects that increase efficiency & affects product launch time to market & capacity positively and/or adds value to customer experience 
o    Using JIRA, Slack, Adobe Analytics, ISIS and other digital marketing tools in order to create a better experience for the customers
•    Work in line with agile principles and in harmony & collaboration with other squads, stakeholders and Vodafone Opco’s & Vodafone Group.

Long Description

We are looking for you if you have

 

•    Knowledge / experience of agile methodologies 
•    End-to-end experience of all steps  from identifying business needs all the way to execution
•    Knowledge in product backlog management & prioritization
•    Strong stakeholder management
•    Data driven decision maker
•    Creative thinker and problem solver
•    Open to use new digital marketing tools
•    Desire to work closely with diversified skilled teams members (marketing, analytics, UX & developers and etc...)
•    At least 7 years of experience in digital and product management
