As Product Owner for Vodafone Turkey’s Fixed E-Commerce Squad where both Vodafone and non-Vodafone customers can apply to Fixed Line (Fiber and XDSL) on all vodafone digital channels , you will need to ensure we deliver a best in class experience. 
This role reports into the Head of Marketing and is a mixture of customer obsession, delivering on new technologies, balanced with the art of possible. Since Vodafone itself, as a global organization, this role requires to report & track the squad’s success at the Vodafone Group’s global level.

Your place in the team


You will lead an agile development team and you will responsible to create a strategic roadmap, prioritise and refine requirements from all areas of the business into a backlog. 
All of this will help you exceed challenging KPI’s to make Fixed line digital application channels. The role will have impact at board level to champion the strategic vision and report on the programme of work, 
whilst working closely with key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure that experiential, regulatory and legal needs are met, and any new propositions are supported in line with planned go-to-market activity.


We are looking for you if you have


•    Bachelor Degree & Experience of working as a Product Owner using agile practices (ideally 3-4 years)
•    Lead generation and call center outbound sales  experiences is a plus
•    Strong understanding of the Digital ecosystem, ecommerce, website design, content types, mobile and tablet applications, web technologies and digital marketing best practices
•    Experience of complex delivery programs with a good understand of the technology landscape
•    Understanding of front ends and  backend information systems
•    Understanding of Performance marketing and affiliation marketing 
•    Thorough knowledge of UX methodologies & artifacts (wireframes, personas, flows).
•    In-depth analytical skills, structured and data-driven working approach and have good interpersonal skills
•    Experience in a large, digitally-led organisation
•    Proactive attitude and steady stakeholder management skills, including an excellent ability in negotiating and managing expectations on timelines and scope
•    Experience of defining and delivering Minimum Viable Products, running A/B tests and making data oriented decisions
•    Experience managing senior stakeholders to board level and influencing decisions
•    Experience working in a matrix organisation and management of resources across the organisation 
•    Experience in providing sound reasoning in the decision-making process
•    Experience in managing the product life-cycle by monitoring relevant metrics and KPIs
•    Excellent communication (both in English & Turkish) and stakeholder management skills, supplier management and influencing skills
