Role Purpose 

Will be responsible for managing enterprise partner ecosystem and technological solutions/projects which go in line with the needs of our corporate customers.
-Coordinating sales opportunities from our solution partners with the vodafone sales team.
-To determine actions by monitoring partner performance and analysis monthly.

Job Responsibility

Your Place in the team
-    Responsible for Fixed Solutions & VBS Partner revenue, partner solutions and project management and customer growth in-line with business targets.
-    Lead cross functional teams to deliver end to end solutions management. Managed virtual project teams consisting of Marketing Communication, Sales, Finance, Customer Care, IT, Network, Legal, Regulation.
-    Manages project management with all aspects including market analysis and benchmarking, pricing and campaign propositions based on customer segmentation, providing business requirements and product specifications.
-    Develop Partner Sales strategy to accelerate growth for Fixed Solutions & VBS Partner Develop expert knowledge of key market drivers and  Develop partner solutions strategy to accelerate growth for Enterprise 
-    Develop profitable business model based on market trends and competitor activities
-    Understand and Manage all partner eco-system and overall relations in respective market
-    Executes quarterly and ad-hoc business reviews with Partners, focusing on revenue, training, lead-generation activities
-    To sustain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure their full support for  Fixed Solutions & VBS Partner products and propositions to achieve product KPIs.
-    Track performance (financial and non-financial) of products reports to ensure the corrective actions and developments are undertaken to achieve the planned objectives and to remain competitive against the competition
-    To Analyze competitors’ solutions and communicate competitive threats and opportunities to leadership.
-    Manage new and existing  partners to increase sales, gross adds and annual income
-    Build ongoing relationship with partners to ensure best partner management
-    Identify and recruit new partners to grow our revenues and market share
-    Develop a deep understanding of market requirements and shaping propositions around these requirements
-    Experience and interest in the entire sales cycle to include qualifying, demonstrating, presenting, handling objections and closing deals.
-    Establish and develop effective relations with partners on all levels; sales people, technicians and senior executives
-    Establish and develop effective relations with the key partners within partner eco-system to ensure that Vodafone is the preferred supplier among competition
-    Work closely with the sales, pre-sales team to develop and position solutions
-    Establish and develop effective relations with Vodafone Turkey internal departments to ensure fast and best business process
-    Comply with Vodafone Turkey’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,

Long Description

We are looking for you if you have

-    Bachelor degree in engineering or business or similar fields  (master degree is a plus)
-    Telecom sector know-how and sales&technical support  and project management know-how
-    Business development experience from direct/indirect channels and direct/indirect sales channel management
-    Strong written, verbal communication skills & inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
-    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects throughout their lifecycles simultaneously and Sales and partner eco-system management
-    Results-driven and delivery-focused
-    Strong Presentation & communication skill
-    Ability to manage / coordinate simultaneous projects, balance competing priorities with good judgment, proactively problem-solve, and meet deadlines
-    Internal consultative approach with strong delivery and customer focus.
-    Strong analytical and problem solving skills involving significant and detailed analysis / interpretation.
-    Project management 
-    Clear drive for results and attention to detail.
-    Strong prioritization skills - able to manage customers conflicting requirements to tight deadlines.
-    Comfortable working in a fast-changing and high-pressure environment.
-    Multi-tasking capability and analytical thinking skills                     
-    Ability to think creatively and strategically for commercial  success
-    Ambitious with a strong sense of urgency
