We are looking for a Marketplace Growth Manager

Role Purpose 


By owning marketing and customer base management responsibilities, main purpose of this role is the customer and revenue growth of marketplace.

Job Responsibility

Your Place in the team

•    Long term and sustainable growth of Marketplace
•    Analyze data to make great decisions and hunts potential growth opportunities working with other teams within Vodafone
•    Aim to maximize user experience by offering our customers relevant and timely communication & content
•    Forecasting company's main KPIs before campaign periods and tracking performance of all stakeholders during campaigns
•    Cooperate & Coordinate with Business, Marketing, Marketplace, Supply Chain and other teams to drive growth from both supply and buyer end
•    Taking part in action projects that will increase the turnover of a growing company and chasing growth opportunities
•    Monitor performance of commercial campaigns and drive ideas/initiatives to improve metrics' targets
•    Provide data insights to marketing and category teams while monitoring campaigns
•    Creating monthly and annual capacity plans with operation teams, while preparing the campaign periods
•    Determining the brands' offers, special deals & new season launch for campaigns with category team and analyzing them. Coordinate with category teams throughout the year
•    Evaluating commercial campaign actions taken by category teams & deciding the visibility support with use of marketing channels & new brand launches
•    Work closely with Marketing Team (Influencer, CRM, Performance Marketing, Offline Marketing, Data Science, Creative etc.) to plan, develop, and execute marketing plan & proposal across online and offline channels.
•    Owning full control and develop Marketplace's main campaign pages, including working closely with creative team and participating the designing process of the pages
•    Find new growth opportunities regardless of marketing channels
•    Partner with other departments to build new growth activities
•    Sustain growth related projects across other teams and 3rd parties

Long Description

We are looking for you if you have

•    Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Business and other related departments
•    At least 6 years of experience in an e-commerce or a tech company, preferably worked in business development or marketing related positions
•    Experience in growth marketing, digital marketing or related roles
•    A genuine interest in growth opportunities
•    Critical thinker, Data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
•    Ability to create and analyze data, forecasting campaign's main KPIs by using analytical approaches
•    An experienced planner, with strong cross-team coordination and multitasking skills. Must be comfortable operating at different levels in the organization
•    Open to direct feedback culture, prone to constant learning, taking initiative and not avoiding responsibility
•    Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data and translate insights into opportunities.
•    Proven track record of showing ownership and overcoming obstacles
•    Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment
•    Written and verbal communication skills in English are assets for this position
•    Good understanding of e-commerce and marketplaces, new business models
•    Experience in people management and organizational development
•    Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across business-development, marketing, operations, digital teams, legal teams, etc.
•    Sharp business judgement is required to ensure that the optimal sales&marketing strategies are in place.
•    Strong decision making and problem solving; takes initiative and ability to work both independently and in teams, collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
