We are looking for a Marketplace Growth Associate Manager

Role Purpose 

We are looking for a collaborative and strong team member dedicating her/ his workforce, creativity and analytical skills to the launch, growth and success of Vodafone marketplaces with a growth hacking mentality.
As Marketplace Growth Associate Manager, you will play a key role in launch and sustainable growth of Vodafone marketplaces. Aim of the team will be launching an effective marketplace, growing user base and increasing revenue with upsell, cross-sell opportunities and effective marketing campaigns. 

Job Responsibility

Your Place in the team

•    Work with cross-functional teams of Vodafone in order to launch features, improve digital buying experience, create effective communication campaigns and strong base campaigns to attract new users, upsell and retain.
•    Identify new opportunities, develop and execute project plans, launch & improve with agility and strong follow up skills. 
•    Monitor performance of commercial campaigns and drive ideas/initiatives to improve metrics' targets.
•    Grow revenue by offering our customers relevant and timely communication & great campaigns. Test and learn continuously.
•    Follow up marketplace ecosystem and be fully aware of the dynamic sector possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that affect our business in Vodafone Marketplace.
•    Strong focus on customer needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to deliver a seamless customer experience.
•    Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet goals.

Long Description

We are looking for you if you have

•    Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Business and other related departments
•    Written and verbal communication skills in English
•    Min 3 years experience in a similar position (marketplaces/ growth driven organizations/ digital ecosystems)
•    Excitement and genuine interest for growth marketing 
•    Critical thinker with data oriented mindset
•    Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results
•    Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment
•    Ability to think strategically and tactically, with excellent attention to detail
•    Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to details and exceptional organizational skills 
•    Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
