We are looking for a
Integration Operations Specialist

ROLE PURPOSE


Ensure that Vodafone Integration Services Up & Running with pro-active perspective on production.

Job Responsibility

 

 

Your place in the team

 

•    Responsible for performing application monitoring and  performance tuning of released product and services
•    Attend design  meetings for new projects and report issues if necessary
•    Responsible for troubleshooting of transactions
•    Creating new alarms for new products and services and take necessary action when triggered
•    Providing required information for defects, following up on defects within predefined SLA
•    Solving Fault cases reported by Cops within predefined SLA
•    Performing necessary tests on preproduction before releases
•    Responsible for KPI reports 
•    Responsible for configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting and monitoring any issues for Order Management systems
•    Operational support of Integrations systems on 7*24 basis to provide continuous IT services availability and issue resolution.
•    Periodic monitoring and performance tuning of the systems
•    Develop automations for workarounds on systems
•    Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference

 

 

We are looking for you if you have


•    Ensure VTR BCMS by planning, establishing, embedding, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving within VFTR
•    Knowledge on Oracle SQL is a must
•    Knowledge on Webservices is a must
•    Knowledge in Unix platforms
•    Experience on OSM is a plus
•    Experience on Tibco is a plus 
•    Experience Websphere –Weblogic Administration is a plus
•    Other application server installation and administration (like Apache, Tomcat, ,Jboss, IIS) is a plus
•    Base knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routing, etc.)  , Load Balancer management and performance monitoring tool management preferred.
