Role Purpose

We are seeking an Integrated Media Associated Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Media Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
Integrated Media Associate Manager plays a key role in the strategy and execution of media campaigns. He/she is the day-to-day steward on assigned segments that will lead, develop and maintain intimate knowledge of the media campaigns to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Job Responsibility

Your Place in the team

•    Working across all media channels and platforms, partnering with respective communication units, inhoused biddable team and agencies, acts as a center of excellence regarding media.
•    Delivers holistic and integrated media strategies that achieve business and communication objectives, with the right set of KPIs.
•    Defines relevant KPIs and measurement needs, tracks delivery of KPIs.
•    Work with all stakeholders to identify and craft the overall strategy/approach for the media plans across all channels
•    Collaborates with agency and inhoused biddable media team, ensures strategies are delivered in execution in all campaigns.
•    Review and analyze media planning schedules/buys to ensure they are meeting the defined goals and overall plan strategy
•    Compile research data to help ensure communications are delivered in a result oriented manner and insights are reflected in media plans.
•    Analyze and monitor campaign performances
•    Create decks to make presentations illustrating the strategies and media tactics of the campaign.
•    Compiling and analyzing the campaign reports, pointing out learnings and optimization recommendations, develop POVs.
•    Analyze competitors’ activity in the marketplace and potential impact to our campaign
•    Proactively monitor media landscape and identify relevant trends to informs internal marketing teams.
•    Encourage new thinking and knowledge growth
•    Leads and conducts branded content partnerships to drive break through communication. 
•    Leads the process of development of yearly strategic presentations, drives feedback exchange between marketing teams and agency
•    Manages and assesses agencies performance to fulfil strategic planning and daily operations effectively.
•    Manages media trading process with agencies and procurement unit. Maintain strong, professional relationships with the vendor community
•    Implements the annual media budget within OPEX.
•    Ensures that VF HSE&W procedures are implemented and works carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations.
•    Ensures that work associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable
•    Complies with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,
•    Reports all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security,
•    Protects VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference

•    University graduate
•    Minimum 2 years of agency or brand side experience in media communications field
•    Previous integrated TV + Digital media experience preferred
•    Appreciation of the principles of marketing and advertising, as well as an understanding of media math, concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements
•    Knowledge of offline and digital marketing, technology stack, research and digital industry tools
•    Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
•    Understanding of the Telecom sector
•    Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
•    High proficiency in English
•    Curiosity and enthusiasm for brand communications
•    Eagerness to learn new tools and all aspects of  media
•    Time management and multi-tasking skills
•    Result oriented and analytical thinking mindset
•    A hardworking team player with problem solving skills
