IT Service Monitoring&Operational Excellence Senior Specialist

•  We are looking for a Process Manager in IT Operational Excellence Team with experience in designing, building and managing ITIL Process’ to implement the best way to our process. You’ll provide expert guidance to source and integrate structured and unstructured process .

•  As a Operational Process Manager, you will work closely with the team and our stakeholders to build and deliver our process. You will be responsible for Configuration, Service Catalog, User Access Management and Business Contuninty Management Process and also you will help the other team member for other ITIL process’

•   For the Configuration Management Process, you will work on CMDB applications and in your responsibilites there will be a operational activities and shell script coding.

•    Service Catalog Management Responsibilities
•    Audit Management Responsibilities
•    Disaster Recovery Management Responsibilities
•    Improvement of Configuration, Asset and Business Continuity Management processes
•    Providing necessary solutions for IT service based management structure as configuration manager
•    Discovering, Defining and analysing all IT assets
•    Configuring and implementing solutions for discovery process and reporting about asset management process
•    Providing L2 support (7/24) for CMDB applications, performing daily/periodic maintenance and support activities of the service and platform.
•    End to end follow up of service such as accessibility, performance, prevention of customer complaints and deployments.
•    Opening defects to L3 reams for problems that con not be solved at L2 level
•    Taking direct actions according to available procedure for alarms identified on IT Services and Systems
•    Improving the priorities and the conditions of alarms approved by the service
•    Attending and taking necessary actions for Internal and external audits for SOX, ISO and other audit types 
•    Writing code for necessary script

Long Description

We are looking for you if you have

•    Good communication Skills
•    Extensive problem solving skills and innovation
•    Experience on Configuration and Asset Management (ITIL) 
•    Certificate of ITIL V4 is plus
•    Certificate of COBIT 5 is plus
•    Experience on Configuration Management
•    Experience on Business Continuity Management
•    Experience on Change Management process
•    Experience on Problem Management process
•    Experience on Service Catalog process
•    Good Knowledge on Oracle and MSSQL Databases and PL-SQL
•    Good knowledge of software development platforms and languages
•    Good knowledge on Unix and shell scripting
•    Good Knowledge on IT Infrastructure (Server, IP, Oracle RAC)
•    Background on development
•    GSM network knowledge
•    Good written and verbal in English
•    At least 3 years experience.
•    Coordination and organization ability, teamwork approach
•    Associate or Degree in Computer, Electronics, Telecommunications, Management Information Systems, Mathematical, Programming, Industrial and related Information Technologies.
