We are looking for a Policy Management & Allocation Executive

Role Purpose 
The role will perform credit allocation processes, execute risk assessments through out financial statements, manage and coordinate policy processes and monitor the portfolio by follow up early warning signals.

Job Responsibility

Your Place in the team

-to assist and take part in the credit decision process by analysing and submitting credit requests 
-to review the financial statements/reports
-to prepare credit committee documents and executive summaries
-to manage policy processes and documentation
-to follow up credit policy compliance processes and ensure all relevant notifications and reporting are done timely
-to manage the overall portfolio and risk strategies along with policies
-to have knowledge of relevant policies, legislations and regulations
-to follow customers’ financial standing and company’s on-going transactions closely
-to follow early warning signals in line with scorecards, loan decision models and reporting documents
-to be familiar with rating processes and modelling

Long Description

We are looking for you if you have

-having more than 5 years of proven credit allocation and/or financial analysis experience in the field of banking (consumer finance experience is a plus)
-strong knowledge of credit analysis
-having knowledge of credits policy management including credit policies, procedures,  regulations and reporting
-bachelor’s degree
-analytical skills including strong experience in analyzing financial statements 
-detailed-oriented and forward thinking 
-ability to actively plan and coordinate
-have strong communication skills and good at team-work
-proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
-have an excellent command of both written and spoken English
