Role Purpose 
 

We are seeking a Digital Sales Project Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Enterprise Trade Marketing and Channel Development Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
 

Job Responsibility

Your Place in the team

•    Being responsible of the development of both Direct & Indirect Sales Channels activities in order to increase customer acquisition, ensure customer loyalty and decrease churn for all Enterprise segments. 
•    Digitalization of sales teams in terms of end-to-end sales process, performance monitoring, anouncements and training-development. 
•    Developing broad, powerful relationships internally as well as with the Marketing/Sales, Product Planning and Dealer Support groups.
•    Expanding Vodafone Turkey’s reach by recruiting, engaging, training and supporting channel partners to grow enterprise revenue.  
•    Managing all transformation projects within Enterprise Sales Channels.(Ready Seller, Diamond Club, SME Customer Journey, Develop Channel Commisions and Bonus System to increase efectiveness)
•    Developing new projects to increase Entreprise revenue share and maintain Indirect customer satisfaction and decrease employee turnover.

Vodafone is strongly committed to lead the digital transformation in the Turkish Market, where the company has been operating and investing heavily since 2006.

•    University degree
•    Sales experience (minimum 10 years)
•    Military service completed(for male candidates)
•    Fluent English
•    Good negotiation skills
•    Project management and business modelling skills
