We are looking for a Digital Media Sr. Associate Manager

Role Purpose 

To run all biddable activities of Vodafone Business Turkey; especially for PERFORMANCE based activities:
•    To maximize leads/ sales and profit of digital sales channels thru digital operation and optimization in accounts aligned with digital strategy.
•    To MANAGE and OPTIMIZE all Google campaigns (Search- YT- GDN- etc) according to sales.
•    To MANAGE and OPTIMIZE all FB campaigns according to sales
•    To MANAGE and OPTIMIZE all programmatic buying campaigns according to sales.
•    To manage VBU performance marketing budget and prepare weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reviews with VBU marketing team, digital teams and media team.
•    To make data analysis & prepare recommendations to increase sales & decrease costs
•    To work with multi-departmental projects.
•    To support Senior Biddable team members to create alternative strategies against competition.
•    To support Senior Biddable team members to create new strategies for incremental sales.
•    To track sales, ROI &KPI’s and to improve business results.
•    Able to use internal and external insights to add value to business.

Job Responsibility

Your Place in the team

•    Responsible from all biddable activities as a full funnel approach with multi player teams; mainly including digital operation, optimization and reporting to execute digital marketing strategy. Working closely with Senior Biddable team members and stakeholders to build digital marketing strategy. ( Search- Display- Social- Native)
•    To have active contact with internal teams and stakeholders for new test&learn and effective media strategies & execution.
•    To control&monitor CPA and ROI
•    To track KPI’s and improve business results.
•    Proactively resolving complex business issues for campaign efficiency

Long Description

We are looking for you if you have

•    Graduated from university
•    High proficiency in English
•    Good level presentation skills
•    A team player and problem- solving skills
•    Min 2 year experience at Performance Marketing.
•     Proficiency at Google and Social Media (Facebook and Twitter) is a MUST, Yandex Direct is a plus.
•    Experience of using analytics & tag management tools ( Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics, Adjust, Google Tag Manager, Tealium)
•    Experience of using bid optimization tools (Kenshoo, Search 360)
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•    Open minded approach with sense of business
•    Proactivity and eager to  build new business cases
•    Resilience and hardworking spirit
