We are looking for a Compliance Executive

Role Purpose 

To establish and maintain all Complaince activities within FINCO from local regulation side and also Global side. Will be lead responsible to create and maintain a complaince program in respect to MASAK regulation and also will be a lead point of contact for Group AML side. 
 

Job Responsibility

Your Place in the team

•    Identifying compliance issues may affect local business,
•    Providing guidance relating to the formulation and implementation of strategies and policies,
•    Owning and proactively managing the relationship with the regulators, such as TCMB and MASAK as well as other regulatory bodies and/or authorities that may interact within related VODAFONE Subsidiary.
•    Implementing a legal and regulatory risk compliance program and ensures that all of the businesses comply with local and international payments legislation and regulations,
•    Maintaining and enhancing the regulatory compliance program/framework due to new laws, rules, regulations, regulatory guidance, corporate requirements, products, industry standards and other internal and external risk factors,
•    Preparing written assessments of the same and communicating related gaps, impacts and recommendations to management,
•    Being aware of the new products to determine level of compliance with established rules and regulation,
•    Performing monitoring and control activities in order to establish a healthy compliance process
•    Cooperating with other control functions and internal legal function,
•    Where necessary, represent the company in the trade associations, working groups and similar organizations,
•    Performing risk analysis for new products and services
•    Reporting all compliance issues to the Vodafone Group AML Team and The Board of Directors


 

Long Description

We are looking for you if you have

•    Bachelor or master’s degree, preferably industrial engineering, business or finance.
•    5+ years of experience in compliance units of financial institutions,
•    Higher education relevant for this function,
•    Fluent English reading and writing skills 
•    Strong analytical and critical thinking
