We are looking for a Business Development & Partnership Manager

Role Purpose 
Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, the management of key projects with high impact on Company’s results/future. 

Job Responsibility

Your Place in the team

•    Accountable to coordinate key projects as requested by CEO, within agreed time, scope and cost. 
•    Key projects governance, internal coordination & orchestration along with interactions with related parties, other companies and regulatory bodies
•    Management and coordination of potential external consultant companies with successful execution
•    Identifying required resources, defining and assigning project stakeholders. 
•    Managing the overall schedule for the project to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget (ie. creating and executing project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements). 
•    Proactively managing scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management. 
•    Ensuring necessary reporting of projects and programs to top management and stakeholders 
•    Organizing the project meetings, take meeting minutes and share with the related parties. 
•    Following EXCO members change requests and conduct feasibility of change and impact on the project. 
•    Manages project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals (e.g., deadline, scope and quality) are achieved.
•    Provide guidance on domain expertise to vendors/consultants as and when required. 
•    Work closely with consultants to ensure delivery in line with business needs.
•    Effectively apply project methodology and enforces project standards. 
•    Define delivery processes and associated KPI’s and SLA’s.
•    Reporting on KPI’s regularly. Work closely with all teams to provide the data for KPI reporting. 
•    Prepare project launch announcement reports and share with Exco and related VOLT members. 
•    Prepare presentation about the status of the projects and key highlights to the Exco and VOLT level. 
•    Conduct drill down analysis and related reporting for the projects that some problems have been experienced in order to understand the root cause of the problems, pain points and define the preventive actions and lessons learned. 

Long Description

We are looking for you if you have

•    Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, computer science, marketing or related discipline.
•    Strong acumen in project management with excellent presentation/communication skills vis-a-vis executive level
•    Track record in creative thinking/vision and succesfull execution of projects with high impacts 
•    Collaborative approach with different stakeholders 
•    Can manage through ambiguity and a complex matrix environment
•    Fluent English
