We are looking for a Billing Assurance Senior Analyst

Role Purpose 

 

Preventing loss of income, making necessary analyzes and controls for correct and timely invoices, writing preventive SQL on the results of the analysis, reporting the outputs and sharing them with the relevant teams.

•    Performing the necessary controls, analyzes for the timely and accurate establishment of the customer invoices
•    Analysis of income for the prevention of income losses
•    Analysis of the processes and projects to reach their targets
•    Analysis of bulk refunds by IT
•    Analyzing refunds made by Customer Service
•    Analysing Billing Assurance findings
•    Analysis of the data from the database based on income and importance
•    Writing of preventive queries for the problem,returns or assurance controls, 
•    Writing queries to obtain multiple records specific to the subject
•    Revision of existing SQLs
•    Detection of product technical codes via database and updating of checklists
•    To contribute to the way of doing business with automation and process suggestions for business efficiency
•    Creation of reports related to analyzes and sharing with relevant teams
•    Writing test scenarios, reporting bugs and following up their solutions
•    Tracking, finalization and reporting of billing errors

Long Description

•    Graduated from a University; Computer / Mathematics / Statistics / Business
•    High SQL skills
•    Basic UNIX knowledge
•    Basic Oracle knowledge
•    Technical analysis and reporting
•    English
•    MS Office programs
•    Flexible working hours 
•    Adapt to changing conditions
•    Can manage multiple projects simultaneously
•    High communication skills
•    Success in business tracking and finalization
•    Dedicated to team work
•    Min. 3 years "billing assurance" experience
