In joining the Corporate Functions team here at Vodafone Group Business you will support our people in strengthening our position as an admired company in the eyes of our customers, shareholders and employees. The team is varied; you could be working within Human Resources, Finance, Legal or External Affairs. What links us all together is that we are all customer obsessed, innovation hungry and ambitious! Role Purpose: Manage the financial performance, Outlook and Forecasting processes for the Cloud & Security (C&S) Line of Business, driving improvements in data quality and process efficiency and proactively developing key actionable insights to partner and advise C&S and VB Senior Leadership teams.


With us you will:
• Coordinate C&S month end and Outlook reporting processes across the entire Vodafone Group addressable opcos and support the key forecasting process, cycles and submissions for Vodafone Business (Q1 RF, Q2 RF, Detail Budget & LRP) including driving forward the implementation of a Rolling Forecast processes
• Present the consolidated C&S month end, and Forecast results to C&S Head of Finance in a clear and concise manor
• Accountable for building and maintaining standardised data models to enable reporting and drive insight analysis on business performance
• Drive step change improvement in data quality and compliance across Local Market and Group teams relating to Revenue and Margin reporting that builds trust and integrity in financial data


Apply if you have:
• 5+ years working in a multi functional and complex matrix environment in a top quartile FTSE 100 company 
• Experience of driving change, implementing complex projects that improve business results
• Engaging, intellectually curious, challenges existing thinking to initiate and embrace new ways of working.
• Strong communication skills able to explain complex concepts to non Financial audiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across UK and overseas markets and to see the bigger picture
• Ability to plan, prioritise and time manage effectively
• Advanced excel, database modelling skills, with extensive experience using Financial systems and spreadsheets.
• Extensive knowledge of Group and local market processes and systems covering operational, commercial and financial aspects (Desirable)
