Service Manager

Location:  Farnborough

Successful applicants must be able to obtain and maintain DV level security clearance


Join Vodafone Secure Sector for Vodafone UK and be heavily embedded in providing world-class Secure Solutions for our Enterprise clients. As we strive to keep ourselves ahead of the game and the threats, you will lead the way in Telecommunications and work with the latest technologies.  
What will you be doing? 


The Service Relationship Management team, part of the UK Enterprise Major Business function, own the service relationship within nominated customer accounts.

The Service Manager will be accountable for: 

•    Maintaining existing Customer revenue and mitigate any churn events.
•    Driving continuous service improvement and service development , Increasing customer satisfaction and Net Promotor Scores (NPS)
•    Developing and maintaining an industry leading end-to-end service experience for aligned customer(s)
•    Delivery of customer’s contractual service deliverables, including service levels, reporting etc
•    Driving the performance of operational teams to support in-life service delivery to customer.
•    Owning the relationship with key customer stakeholders for in-life service.
•    Maintaining close engagement with associated sales teams.
•    Engagement with aligned third party suppliers as appropriate


Who are we looking for?  


Someone with strong experience of Service Management in a customer facing role, ideally in a Business Telecommunications environment. Ideally you will be conversant with the ITIL Framework.
You must be able to demonstrate customer facing skills, with experience in handling customer conflict and the ability to influence customer choice and manage customers’ expectations. 
The ability to confidently present to customer and internal stakeholders at a senior level
