Description

Location: The Speechmark, London (Full-time remote working during COVID-19) 
Salary: Competitive + Benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours (Monday to Friday)

What will you be doing?  
In this role, you will own the Ecommerce strategy for Vodafone’s Sim Only and Mobile Broadband categories, delivering against all Volume, ROI, Revenue and Value metrics with responsibility for acquisition sales volume and weekly forecasting and trading performance.

 

You will work with different teams across the business to influence all of our direct sales channels in an area which is becoming increasingly important as we see a shift in demand towards Digital and SIM Only as a product.

 

You will report into the Ecommerce Chapter Lead in a truly cross-functional role with significant involvement with Manufacturers, Commercial Tribes, Terminals, GTM and the wider Digital Organisation - particularly around big commercial launches such as iPhone and strategic campaigns such as Black Friday.

 

Who are we looking for?   

  • Strong Ecommerce background, preferably within Telecoms/Retail industry.
  • Mix of experience across Commercial, Customer Journey, Marketing, Analytics and Trading.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience working in Agile teams.
