Role Purpose

As the Transformation Value Manager within the Commercial Operations (COPs) directorate, you will be a key member of the Planning & Enablement Team helping to prepare and shape us for a more efficient future and enabling us to provide our customers with the best support experience possible.
You will operate across a range of teams and initiatives providing focus and driving outcomes. As both an influencer, do-er and leader you will take ownership to proactively unlock transformation value across care transformation initiatives – those in flight, planned or to be discovered.


Key Accountabilities

As the Transformation & Value Manager you will:
Proactively lead the discovery and realisation of transformation benefits resulting from digital transformation and process transformation
Utilising data decisioning to ground, measure & track value initiatives
Unlock value across VF’s digital care transformation initiatives 
Leverage our in-house analytics capabilities to discover high impact areas for improvement
Be part of / Lead teams & squads focused on releasing value
Working, aligning & leveraging across a range of teams including Planning, Performance & Analytics, Project Deliver & Enablement, Training & Quality together with Consumer & Business Operations and wider VF 
Support the Head of Planning & Enablement to clearly identify & realise value outcomes


We Are Looking For You, If You Have

4+ years of relevant experience
A track record driving new digital and process improvement initiatives
Prior experience using efficiency/effectiveness frameworks and realising cost & performance gains is highly desirable
Proven ability working as part of a squad/focused team and the ability to move a matrixed team to an outcome is critical.
Business analyst skills 
An ability to challenge the data and see past incremental improvements to high impact options and tactics
Experience in digital / data driven systems environment
Appreciation of customer and employee experience
Excellent presentation and numerical skills

Ideally experience in a telco / call centre environment
Prior experience using efficiency/effectiveness frameworks and realising cost & performance gains is highly desirable
