Are you looking to come back into the workforce after a career break of at least one year but not more than 10 years?
Are you eligible to work in Ireland?
Are you an experienced professional with a proven track record in technology, IT, sales, marketing and support functions?
We understand it can be difficult returning to the workplace can be after an extended career break.
Our award-winning ReConnect programme supports talented and experienced professionals to return to work. You’ll have been out of work for a minimum of 12 months and up to 10 years.
About the Programme
We’ll provide the support you need to find your feet, this includes:
• Flexible and Agile working options including extended leave during school holidays.
• A mentor to support you in your first 6 months
• Access to internal learning resources
About you
• You have previous experience in a similar/corporate environment for example; Technology, Business/Project Management, Enterprise Sales, Service Management, Marketing, HR, Finance, Legal etc.
• You are currently on a career break which has been for a minimum of 12 months up to 10 years
• You are looking to transition back into professional work
