Role Purpose:

The development of strategic relationships within our Key accounts. You will have responsibility for both retention of existing and the growth of additional revenues through developing and closing total communications business opportunities within your customer base.
 

Key accountabilities:

  • Deliver and exceed against all targets. Revenue, Hero products, Contribution margin, Churn across product lines, Customer Satisfaction.
  • Own the bid strategy for the account base
  • Develop and implement a Buying Centre for each account with a Stakeholder Engagement Plan that develops relationships across and through each organisation right up to CEO level and that leverages key Vodafone stakeholders
  • Identify and understand all customer business requirements and use this to develop a successful sales strategy and plan that clearly demonstrates the value and partnership that Vodafone with its product and solution set can bring to the customer.
  • Act as a strong customer advocate within VF Business to ensure that all internal stakeholders understand the key challenges in the marketplace.
  • Develop account plans for our top customers and implement a Stakeholder Engagement Plan that develops relationships right up to CEO level

We are looking for you if you have:

  • Ability to build strong internal relationships with C suite stakeholders in support of the Sales Plan
  • Experience in developing and closing multi million-euro opportunities
  • Expert in winning complex and long sale cycle opportunities.
  • Experienced at developing multi-faceted relationships that enable a deep understanding of the issues and needs of our customer.
  • Passion for Sales and Operational excellence through continuous improvement and driving high standards across the team.

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Senior sales professional with 5 years ‘plus experience in a strategic/key sales role in a highly competitive environment
  • Business acumen and leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of ICT and digital transformation
  • Strong communication/influencing skills
