The Fraud/Investigation Lead focuses upon the detection, investigation and prevention of fraudulent and security related transactions occurring both internally and / or externally. They are recognised as a specialist in fraud prevention, detection and investigation maintaining fraud policies, providing expert support and guidance on fraud and investigations within the market. Typically reports to the Senior Fraud/Investigation Manager.
Job Responsibilities
* As a recognised specialist in fraud and Investigation, advises the local market on prevention, detection and investigation of fraud;
* Has an in-depth understanding of fraud, prevention, detection and investigation, therefore delivers clear advice and counsel to stakeholders across the business;
* Uses best practice knowledge and experience to improve Vodafone�s fraud prevention, detection investigation processes and services ;
* Demonstrates strong communication and diplomacy skills, working collaboratively across the fraud and investigation function to ensure fraud and investigation policies are well understood across the business;
* Direct responsibility for conducting investigations, supporting local market investigations providing guidance, monitoring alerts, and recording and reporting all incidents;
* May provide informal guidance to junior staff�;
