Specialist Supply Chain Management (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers 


You have a good understanding of general finance and controlling topics that are related to procurement? You enjoy negotiations and never lose sight of the customer in the process? Are you ready for the next step in your career? Join our team as Specialist Supply Chain Management (m/f/d). In your role, you will support our Principal Business Partner with the classic sourcing activities such as tendering, negotiations and contract closure and on an operational level in our processes and tools.     


Your challenges: 

  • You support the Principal Business Partner on complex and high value negotiations and lead local tactical negotiations yourself.
  • You know the Vantage Towers targets, KPIs and how to achieve the targets as part of the SCM team by developing commercial contracts and managing contract related KPIs.
  • You keep track and close all actions required to complete purchasing related contracts, corresponding documents, and activities.
  • You build sustainable relationships with stakeholders in the Vantage Towers Group as well as Vantage markets across Europe and advise them on sourcing questions and purchasing processes.
  • You question the status quo and identify opportunities to improve our purchasing processes and governance continuously.
     

Your qualification: 

  • A successful university degree in business management, engineering, or other relevant areas
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in supply chain management and solid experience in an international environment
  • Very good understanding of procedures, categories, ways of working within SCM, including stakeholder mapping, category strategy and tools
  • Extensive negotiation skills, strong customer orientation and a high sense of responsibility
  • Very good written and spoken English and German skills (C1 according to CEFR)


You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
