Senior Manager New Products (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers


Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset? Are you able to build strong relations with multiple stakeholders to support our commercial strategy? Are you ready for a new opportunity? Join our subsidiary Vantage Towers AG as Senior Manager New Products (m/f/d) with product focus on mobile private networks and edge computing. The purpose of your role is to lead the development of new products and services and provide pre-sales support to Vantage Towers’ Sales teams to meet our customer’s needs and to grow the TowerCo business. Your challenges:

  • You create new product or services concepts from customer and market insights supporting our growth strategic priorities.
  • You build the necessary business cases in collaboration with Finance and local markets for decision making and guiding the key commercial terms.
  • You lead the new product or service development process with Technology, suppliers and partners as well as local markets, delivering continuous incremental value, in an agile way.
  • You coordinate the B2B go-to-market approach with the local markets and our Sales teams, including sales training and collaterals.
  • You provide pre-sales support to the Sales teams including customer visits, tender support, high-level solution design and rough-order-of-magnitude estimation.
  • You provide input to our product strategy and roadmap.
     

Your qualification:

  • A successfully completed university degree, a M.B.A. is a plus
  • Accredited broad knowledge in telecommunication networks and infrastructure
  • Experience with agile development, preferably certified 
  • Experience as new products or services development manager, preferably using Agile framework
  • Solid knowledge of mobile private networks, edge computing, 4G/5G, cloud / open RAN, multi-tenant/multi-vendor infrastructure and equipment, etc.
  • Fluent English skills, spoken and written (at least C1 level according to CEFR), German skills are a plus

 

You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
