Senior Finance Analyst (m/f/d) Credit Policy and Working Capital for Vodafone Towers Germany (TopCo)

Join our TopCo Team as a Senior Finance Analyst (m/w/d) Credit Policy and Working Capital for Vodafone Towers Germany. Your focus is the implementation of policies and procedures that effectively manage our credit risk to optimise the working capital and to ensure the delivery of cash initiatives and OFCF of TowerCo. Are you ready?

Your challenges:

  • You adopt the Group credit policies and assure compliance across the European TowerCo footprint.
  • You determine and advise on customer credit limits based on credit scores, working with strategic new customers on contracts and payment terms based on credit history.
  • You monitor customer credit risk to prioritise collections and mitigate write-offs.
  • You analyse customer and supplier payment trends to report on KPIs and metrics.
  • You identify process inefficiencies, recommend remediation to strengthen the cash control environment through the use of system automation and relevant tools.
  • You prepare the working capital budget for the next FY and prepare monthly reports, tracking progress against the initiatives that you are managing.

Your qualification:

  • A successful university degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in blue chip Finance departments / Shared Service Centres preferably previous roles in balance sheet processes
  • Strong understanding of OFCF drivers re inter-relationship of EBITDA, Capex and working capital
  • Strong communication skills to dealing with diverse and senior stakeholder groups in an organisation
  • Fluent English skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)

You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
