Manager Finance Operations and Controls (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers


Do you see commercial and financial connections? Would you like to take the next step in your career? Join Vantage Towers as a Manager Finance Operations and Controls (m/f/d). Your primary responsibilities are to oversee and optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of financial business processes and to work with stakeholders to achieve KPI targets according to business need. You assess Business Process and IT design effectiveness and operational compliance under the internal controls framework. Are you ready?


Your challenges: 

  • You identify opportunities to standardise and optimise processes across local markets, adopting a digital-first mind-set for finance processes.
  • You assess penetration into shared services, identify inconsistencies across markets and opportunities for offshoring.
  • You support ongoing improvement to processes, controls and reporting across all transactions.
  • You monitor the operation of processes and controls across the Vantage Towers Group and support us in meeting internal control standards and regular measurement of their effectiveness.
  • You report to business and IT process owners on the effectiveness of their controls and steps required to achieve compliance with internal and external standards.
     

Your qualification: 

  • A successful university degree and at least 4 years of experience in blue chip finance departments, shared service centres or in audit and consulting companies, preferably in the telecommunications or infrastructure sector
  • Experience in analysing highly automated processes in an SAP and non-SAP environment
  • Highly skilled in analysing and designing business and/or IT processes and controls
  • Fundamental financial accounting knowledge and expert level knowledge of internal control principles combined with S404 experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex scenarios to non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluent English skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)


You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
