Senior Account Manager (m/f/d) Operators for Vantage Towers Germany 

Do you have a mix of optimism and fun with competition? Become part of our team and prove your negotiating skills as Senior Account Manager (m/f/d) Operators for Vantage Towers. You develop sales strategies for existing and new customers and build strong partnerships. Are you ready?

Your challenges:

  • You lead the relationship with Network Operators in Germany building strong partnerships in order to grow tenancy ratios in our Ground Base Towers and Rooftops.
  • You are responsible for the development and profitability growth of GermanNetwork Operators.
  • You manage the existing and new Framework Contracts leading amendment over time to adapt it to the needs of new environment.
  • You manage the relevant contracts assigned per account, detecting and developing new business opportunities, and identifying short and medium risks and mitigation plans.
  • You identify new business opportunities with mobile operators over and above the existing sales plan.

Your qualification:

  • A successful university degree
  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar professional field
  • Extensive experience in managing complex commercial accounts (negotiations, contract & change management) in preferably technological organization
  • Ability to create and maintain a sustainable and trustful customer relationship with the key decision makers
  • Fluent English and German skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)

You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
