Manager (m/f/d) Operations Support for Vantage Towers

As Manager (m/f/d) Operations Support you lead, support and monitor Vantage Towers processes. You coordinate the Vantage Towers technology teams across all markets. Beyond that you support to the company’s operational effectiveness and efficiency. Are you ready?


Your challenges: 

  • You are responsible for monitoring, managing and reviewing (scope/volumes/cost) of Vantage Towers Infrastructure Operations services delivered to our customers across all markets.
  • You identify Vantage Towers infrastructure preferred suppliers (e.g. deployment, field force, maintenance suppliers) and support related procurement initiatives accordingly.
  • You review vendor services regularly and organise vendor meetings to ensure that all services are solved according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • You use evaluative judgement to resolve complex or novel IT /Network infrastructure challenges.
  • You encourage an operational excellence culture, identify best-practises and foster their implementation through in-depth knowledge of current and future customer demands / trends, giving direction on improvement for TowerCo Infrastructure.


Your qualification: 

  • University Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar
  • Broad knowledge in mobile telecom technologies and deployment
  • Broad and comprehensive understanding of managing large network rollout programs
  • Strong relations with internal and external partners to support infrastructure deployment and solid communication skills
  • Fluent English skills in spoken and written (C1 according to CEFR)


You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
