Manager (m/f/d) BI & Finance Transformation for Vantage Towers (TopCo)

Are you a problem solver with the ability to manage change continuously? Do you want to take the next step in your career? As Manager (m/f/d) BI & Finance Transformation for Vantage Towers you are responsible for executing and managing a portfolio of Finance Transformation projects. You ensure that Vantage Towers is able to efficiently & effectively run finance processes and produce information required at the senior management level while maintaining sound financial controls. Are you ready?

Your challenges:

You assist in the execution of the major programmes and project management in the areas of Financial Systems, Financial Reporting, and BI/Management Information.
You develop and communicate the programme delivery milestones and you track objectives against the plan.
You work closely with the FP&A team to develop management reports and KPIs for Vantage Towers and to lead Finance projects.
You are responsible for stakeholder management across various operational functions of Vantage Towers.
You work closely with the other finance teams and other operational functions (IT, Technology Operations, Commercial) in both the Vantage markets and at the TopCo level.

Your qualification:

A successful university degree with professional qualification in accounting (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
At least 5 years qualified experience in a blue chip company preferably with management and telco experience across finance disciplines, including management information, systems, accounting & reporting
Comprehensive understanding of how SAP (or similar ERP) operates at its optimum. Deep technical understanding of lease accounting (S16), lease reporting, and associated issues
Ability to partner and establish strong relationships with multiple Finance functions
Fluent English skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)

You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
