Corporate Lawyer (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers


Are you interested in Corporate Law or did you already gain experience in the Corporate Law of an Aktiengesellschaft? Do you have a great interest in or a broad knowledge of the German Aktiengesetz, the Corporate Governance Code and German listing rules? Are you enthusiastic about coordinating events? Join Vantage Towers as Corporate Lawyer (m/f/d) and among others take responsibility for the project management of the Annual General Meeting (AGM). In your role, you coordinate events relating to the Corporate Legal team, support our team with the governance within the TowerCo and assist with the share capital administration. 


Your challenges: 

  • You are responsible for the project management of the Annual General Meeting; coordinate suppliers, and the back-office; and assist with the preparation of questions and legal documents for the Annual General Meeting.
  • You support the Senior Corporate Lawyer with the governance within the TowerCo group and ensure that all relevant legal and/or regulatory rules are met in all TowerCo subsidiaries.
  • You support the Senior Corporate Lawyer with the continual review of the subsidiary governance model to ensure maximum efficiencies.
  • You support the Senior Corporate Lawyer with the preparation of Vantage Towers AGs’ board meetings and assist her in all regulatory matters.
  • You assist with the share capital administration, which includes assisting to maintain accurate records relating to share capital as well as share plan transactions relating to executive options, share save schemes and/or long-term incentives.
     

Your qualification: 

  • A successfully completed university degree in law and up to 3 years recent experience in a Corporate Law function
  • Preferably experience in a Corporate Law department of an Aktiengesellschaft (AG) and technical knowledge of the German Aktiengesetz, the Corporate Governance Code and German listing rules
  • Exceptional organizing skills as well as an accurate way of working
  • Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent German and English skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)

 

You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
