Coordinator Customer Delivery Management (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers


Do you have an independent, structured, and efficient way of working? Is communication one of your strengths? Have you already gained some experience in project management? Become Coordinator Customer Delivery Management (m/f/d) and support us in implementing mobile communication delivery systems, SLA and KPI compliant as well as efficient and economical throughout Germany. In your role, you will work for Vantage Towers at the interface to the customer/building owner and advance digitalization with us.


Your challenges: 

  • You are the interface between Vantage Towers, our partners and the client/owner or their project development company.
  • You support the creation and validation of business cases (pre-sales delivery management).
  • You prepare the implementation of new services.
  • You track the fulfilment of customer and contract-specific commitments and key performance indicators (post-sales delivery management).
  • You work on contract preparation, preparatory negotiations and the management of customers and partners in cooperation with Legal and Sales.

 

Your qualification:

  • A successfully completed degree with a focus on, business, communications engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or engineering sciences or comparable professional training compared wit 1-2 years of professional experience
  • Interest and experience in telecommunications or related industries (marketing, finance, strategy, consulting)
  • Ideally first experience in project management and the development of processes
  • Good understanding of customer obligations as well as contractual and business regulations
  • Good English skills written and spoken (B2 according to CEFR)

 

You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
