Role Title: Conversation Designer – Voice Assistants
Location: Düsseldorf

With us you will:

  • Design the conversation flow and document it in VUI – Voice User interface
  • Provide the utterances of what the user can say and map them to intents
  • Define the answers what the user gets back from the system
  • Define buttons, quick replies, carousels and other graphical elements for conversations on display devices (co-creating with a visual designer as applicable)
  • Constantly monitor the performance of created conversation flows and improve them upon direct or indirect user feedback / usage insights
  • Co-ordinate work of other conversation designers at local markets
  • Act as point of expertise on conversation design towards OpCo voice assistant teams across different countries, align and update on latest possibilities and drive excellence in this new digital channel
  • Drive recurring best practice sharing sessions with the local markets, analyse past months performance and based on your expertise come up with improvement ideas

Apply if you have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in designing and launching chatbot / voice assistant conversation flows
  • Expert-level Expertise in Agile software development environment and methods
  • In depth Understanding of AI technologies and Machine Learning Concepts and their application in the Telco specific scenarios
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Strong time-management skills and being comfortable working under pressure
