What you can expect:
As a Delivery Manager Fixed Access Engineering (m/f/d) you actively shape the Vodafone Spirit. You advise and support the FAE engineering groups based on your technical expertise. Above all, you are responsible for the correct implementation of the product and service requirements (High Level Design) and their delivery according to the defined Product Operating Model (POM). You control the cross-departmental coordination with the stakeholders involved in your project responsibility. In this way, you implement the creation and maintenance of the project plans and the project monitoring and reporting to show the status and its deviations from the planning. Our flexible working hours with part-time and home office options enable you to successfully balance your private life and your role as a Delivery Manager Fixed Access Engineering (m/f/d).


What distinguishes you:

  • You have strong project and process management skills (experience with HFC networks and DOCSIS is an advantage).
  • You are structured and show strong social skills (conflict avoidance, de-escalation, cooperative collaboration).
  • You have experience in change management and quality management.
  • You are business fluent in German and English according to the CEFR.
  • You have a degree in communications technology, information technology or a comparable field and several years of professional experience in the telecommunications sector.


This position may be full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours).

We are filling this position at the Düsseldorf office for Vodafone GmbH or at the Unterföhring and Berlin office for Vodafone GmbH or Vodafone Deutschland GmbH.
