Commercial Intelligence is a central Hub providing Product Pricing, Digital Quoting Tools and Data Insights. We define and execute innovative, data-driven commercial strategy for Vodafone Business customers across the product portfolio which can increasingly be executed through a digital, self-serve journey for Sales. 


This role is critical role within the Velocity team responsible for managing and maintaining the iterative enhancements of Velocity through implementing user feedback, UX enhancements, updating existing service components, business rules, system logic and demand requests. In addition, the role is also responsible for working closely with the Data and Insights Commercial Intelligence team acting upon reporting and insights in conjunction with key stakeholders across both Vodafone Business Group, LOB’s to ensure that Velocity meets Vodafone Business needs.




• Proactively work with key stakeholders across Vodafone Business (inc Digital Pricing Desk) and LoB to collate, qualify, prioritise and action all Velocity feedback
• Proactively work closely with Data and Insights Commercial Intelligence team and act upon adoption insight
• Lead Continuous improvement feature enhancement iterations and recommend prioritisation of backlog
• Regularly liaise with local markets to ensure all local market service components within Velocity are updated and aligned to the local market as required
• Ensure all Velocity Continuous Improvement business requirements align with low level technical solution and system requirements 
• Review and sign off all Velocity Continuous Improvements feature documentations (user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, BREQ’s, process documentation etc.)
• Ensure that through rigorous testing the technical design and build aligns to business requirements and accepts acceptance criteria as done
• Raise all appropriate Service requests and work with the technical delivery teams until requests are satisfactory resolved
• Supply the Commercial Engagement Manager with Continuous Improvement feature content for release communication, training and Q&A


Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• Knowledge of Velocity, Ignite, CPQ, C2Q
• Product knowledge
• Commercial Management
• Communication & customer/stakeholder management at multiple levels
• Experience working on agile programmes

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• Educated to degree level in Business Management or other quantitative disciples
