Commercial Intelligence is a central Hub providing Product Pricing, Digital Quoting Tools and Data Insights. We define and execute innovative, data-driven commercial strategy for Vodafone Business customers across the product portfolio which can increasingly be executed through a digital, self-serve journey for Sales.

As the Commercial Enablement Lead responsible for engagement and learning for Opportunity to Contract Value Stream. They will execute the planned learning campaigns to lead the adoption of the digital systems and new ways of working within the Sell Value stream programme (e.g Einstein, Velocity, Base Management). They will ensure capabilities are brought to life and understood by business stakeholders

 

Role purpose:


- Develop the learning strategy for multiple systems in conjuction with the L&D leads for the functions which are impacted by the change
- Develop learning approach, deliverables and plan for each release or change campaign
- Determine the method of measuring training effectiveness and actively manage
- Advisor on employee experience across the digital platforms
- Maintain and actively improve the number of people trained and evaluation scores
- Facilitiate sessions with the right stakeholders to test and pre-socialise engagement messages
- Conduct audience analysis for both communications and training
- Create excellent and engaging content in both digital and more traditional formats
- Recommend the delivery channels using the latest digital capabilities
- Define and apply a content management approach
- Create training material by collaborating with the business change and UAT teams
- Create System based release communication and training
- Decide how training will be delivered e.g. by self, external vendor, VSSB etc.
- Producing e-learning, either as a producer or working with a supplier
- Deliver Train the Trainer sessions
- Deliver Training via classroom/web, video’s, quick reference guide etc
- Manage post implementation change activities to drive adoption of the digital tools
- Develop and maintain new joiner system Velocity training
- Maintain Velocity Training Curriculum
- Develop the Velocity Business as Usual Learning Approach. This should be sufficient to enable the training of new starters, and act as a refresher for existing users.

 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
• Own Learning & engagement strategy & plan for the programme
• Manage adoption for the digital tools
• Manage the creation of excellent and engaging content in both digital and more traditional formats across the change cycle
• Coach programme team on Digital User experience

 

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Highly-motivated, creative individual with strong project management skills who is able to work on their own initiative, deliver to tight deadlines/budgets and build strong working relationships
• Significant experience of digital content creation and communication
• Ability to turn complex messages into simple, engaging communications
• Collaborative team player able to work in a matrix, across multiple functions and global locations
• Stakeholder management, excellent communication skills at all levels

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Fluency in platforms such as Facebook and YouTube, and video editing such as as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut pro
• Good knowledge for learning platfoms such as Adobe Capitivate
