Client Sales Manager

Major Business – Central Government
Flexible location – Field based – London UK

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Major Business sales stream as a client sales manager within our Central Government stream.


What will you be doing?


•    Managing a small portfolio of large, complex sized customers based in the London & surroundings areas of the UK
•    Collaborating with customers from the public central government sector to upsell & cross sell our product portfolio
•    Understand the customer’s industry to develop a customer specific strategy and business plan in line with Vodafone’s product and service portfolio.
•    Implement and manage local contingency plans to deal with internal/external business issues that impact upon revenue, cost or margin
•    Drive NPS improvement through the delivery of end-to-end customer experience through effective relationships.
•    Implement and manage a sales strategy for strategic segments and accounts to deliver against KPIs


Who are we looking for?


We are looking for driven sales professionals who have a consultative and solution based sales approach, who really get to know and understand their customers. You'll have the ability to build strong relationships and understand helping the customer is key to this role. Understanding your customer and their journey will help you provide them a clearer picture of how our technology can benefit their business and enable them to reach their objectives! You'll have a track record of selling technology and communications products into the public sector. This is a field based role, so the ability to manage your own diary and priorities, along with a drivers licence is required.
