We are looking for a
CVM Consumer Segment Expert Intern 
for our Technology Team

Your place in the team

Supporting the CVM Consumer Managers and manage the retention and in life migration activities by maximizing the customer NPS and revenue from the process.
Work with CVM Consumer segment owners to ensure that all objectives are achieved.
Work with other team members to find innovative and new ways of channel execution.


You will be involved in the following tasks
Design and manage CVM activities:
•    Support retention, cross and upsell activities with the help of the senior colleagues;
•    Define and develop target group filtering for campaign purposes
•    Measure and analyze campaign performance
•    Increase campaign efficiency through new initiatives and process optimization
•    Create presentation material for management
 

Process tracking and management:
•    Regularly track and manage churn and MNP process, understand trends and dynamics in churn numbers and port out processes
•    Create proposals to decrease port out numbers on consumer segments and provide recommendation for win back activities


We are looking for you if you have

•    College or university studies
•    Team Player 
•    Customer commitment 
•    Strong commercial skills
•    Strong analytical skills
•    Fluent English
•    Office Suite knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
