for our  Consumer Business Unit

Your place in the team

This Business Development and Engagement Manager supports the Consumer Business Unit (CBU) Director and CBU Management Team in following-up the strategic framework for the company, and in communicating company priorities per strategic pillar across the business monthly, while helping the weekly rhythm of CBU Management meeting.
The Business Development and Engagement manager understands CBU strategy and has a holistic overview of CBU priorities and how it supports the overall business strategy. Supports CBU director in coordination, development and strategic priorities. Supports CBU’s transition to become a digital and agile organization, follows-up the proposed digital agenda. Owns the CBU engagement plan, follows it up and responsible for the budget of it. Supports the project team by monitoring project progress according to agreed measures and within set organizational procedures.

You will be involved in the following tasks

•    Develop and execute the yearly CBU engagement plan.The plan includes the events and actions that drive the awareness of the CBU business plans and results across the various stakeholders
•    Manage and follow-up the CBU Management’s priorities, through owning the agenda, timing and content preparation of all CBU Management forums. Collect and deliver the relevant content:
•    Coordinate the preparation for Group visits and collecting and organizing the presentation materials for these 
•    Coordinate the preparation of CBU inputs for All Hands, HLT offsite, Leadership Forums, strategy and planning meetings
•    Work closely with the Event team and Integration lead on any town Hall events
•    Group Networking: be aware of regional requests, whether these are regular reports or ad-hoc requests. Prepare the materials to be sent with the help of the relevant CBU Team members.
•    Support the Team with cutting edge presentations
•    Set up the effective folder structure where all relevant performance trackers, presentations and be the main administrator of it. Help and support the structured information flow in the Team.
•    Is a permanent member of the CBU management meetings and all key forums.   

We are looking for you if you have

•    College/University degree
•    3+ years’ Telco experience is preferred
•    Solid MS Office knowledge, with advanced skills in MsExcel and Power Point
•    Fluent English
•    Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
•    Excellent interpersonal skills
•    Precision and reliability
•    High levels of self-motivation, initiative, 
•    Can do attitude, ability to act as a change agent
