Webshop and E-commerce Specialist 
for our CBU Department

Your place in the team
Manage, administrate and control Digital WebShop products, services and promotions, make sure that all on stock devices and accessories, live tariffs and promotions are available for all customer types. 
Participate in online stock allocation process (Consumers and SoHo/Fleet segments).
Handle role management processes in WebShop.
Participate in WebShop related development projects, support WebShop Squad.

You will be involved in the following tasks


•    Manage products, tariffs, promotions, stocks available in VFH WebShops
•    Control Excel or DB of device features and make sure information is up to date and valid
•    Check pricing information available on the web – and make the relevant steps if necessary 
•    Collect all relevant detailed product and service information which are necessary for WebShop product pages
•    Manage communication of products towards users/customers 
•    In case of new product and services create WebShop product pages
•    Make sure WebShop content (text, images) are best quality
•    Make sure all available products and services are connected to relevant promotions
•    Control EPS flow, make sure pricing information coming from EPS are up to date and valid
•    Monitor and change WebShop order flow continuously
•    Maintain technical performance of the site to meet with related targets
•    SPOC for Terminals Team, get info about coming soon devices and deliver it to Digital Team 
•    Recommend actions to improve Digital sales channel’s performance and drive or participate in projects to deliver improvements 
•    Administrate, track and monitor WebShop related trouble tickets and development or change ideas in related PM tools (eg.: ITSM, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
•    Ensure system enhancements and modifications are in accordance to company objectives
•    Consult representatives of other departments in relation to proposal development
•    Assist in preparation of service update and usage related forecasts, technical developments, scaling and dimensioning
•    Evaluate Digital related technical proposals during proposition development from Digital Sales operation objective point of view
•    Provide knowledge and insights of the current industry standards and practices as it relates to software, systems, and security. Keep up with current technological trends

We are looking for you if you have

• At least 1 year Online experience
• At least 2 years’ experience in a multinational business environment, preferably telecommunications
• Business degree (preferably BA)
• HTML, CSS, Javascript knowledge required
• Excel on advanced level 
• Vue js on basic level
• Basic computer skills (incl. MS Word, Outlook, Project, Adobe PS, Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics & Target, Atlassian tools, Tealium)
• Basic image editing skills
• Fluent English 
• Good analytical and strategic skills and focus 
• Good interpersonal and influencing skills
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, can work individually but very good team player
• Self starter with high professional standards
