Your place in the team
Accountable for the Vodafone Business Technology Solutions (VBTSVBTS) team within the Technology organisation. Provides a complete end to end support and fulfilment service to the Local Enterprise Business Unit & Group Enterprise for all products and services, including fixed, converged, UC, security, mobile and hosting, ensuring world class services throughout the sell-build-run phase of our Operating Model. Responsible for the development and operation of the enterprise converged architecture, including strategy, infrastructure, service and product development activities.
Provides a complete end-to-end support and fulfilment service to the local Wholesale fixed department.

 

You will be involved in the following tasks
Digital Leadership
•    Responsible for full automation of all VBTSprocesses to achieve best experience to customers.
•    Responsible for implementing machine learning and deep learning for technology optimization and demand forecast
•    Responsible for leading 5G and IOT use cases from ideation with Vodafone Business Unit till final customer delivery


Integration
•    Responsible for integration of newly acquired organization
•    Selection, recruitment and development of the integrated organization
•    Integration of newly acquired technologies, solutions to the existing portfolio
•    Delivery of synergy targets defined in Integration business case


Other core accountabilities.
•    Responsible for building and operating a self-sustaining cost model to support future growth of local enterprise business
•    Owner of enterprise infrastructure, accountable for its continuous service improvement and development to enable Vodafone Hungary acquire and run 10k+ converged customers with outstanding service quality
•    Owner of integration of any major new fixed or mobile network assets to existing enterprise core, business services & products
•    Accountable for Enterprise Product Development, Demand Management and the technical life cycle management for launched enterprise products and services, controlling product sign-off
•    Support enterprise innovation initiatives with technical expertise and strategic view 
•    Manage and improve carriers and partners required for fulfilling Vodafone’s solutions, products and services based on SLAs and their performance and upon legal frameworks which are viable for the Enterprise segment
•    Manage the scope of Enterprise Support contracts, any kind of managed service contracts related to Enterprise Support as well as the associated budget for such contracts and services.
•    Manage WS fixed connectivity procurement based on Carrier Services agreements.
•    Provide feasibility and cost assessment for Wholesale sell opportunities in fixed products
•    Provide end-to-end program and project management for Wholesale sell projects in fixed products
•    Deliver an integrated strategy planning, budgeting and quality management capability. Plan, agree and allocate budget and resource to deliver the relevant services and provide reporting and efficiency management
•    Manage and develop presales technical support in strong alignment with product and sales strategy to support complex enterprise opportunities, drive technical design and costing
•    Deliver customer projects (from standard orders to advanced projects, major bids as well mobile and fixed coverage extensions and quality improvements) through its Delivery function, being responsible for the end-to-end delivery of customer solution within time, budget and quality.
•    Manage and operate a dedicated 24/7 Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) for Enterprise solutions with dedicated expertise to meet SLA’s for service provision and issue resolution, Provide end-to-end ITIL based run processes for all enterprise services
•    Accountable for the operation and maintenance of the enterprise converged core network (voice and data)
•    Ensure proper indoor coverage is available at enterprise customer locations, identify cost-effective high quality solutions are utilized and delivered by service activation, keep track of service performance
•    Engage and Drive VBTS through the TECHCO journey
•    Build and manage competence and attitude to build solutions on our own rather than buy and rebrand. Promote platform strategy.
•    Align with Group VBTS and VBPS, identify market-fit group products, drive their introduction
•    Increase and maintain Vodafone’s professional reputation by joining and presenting on technical forums, workshops and encourage colleagues to do the same
•    Support sales on VIP customer meetings during presales, delivery and support phases


Team Leadership
•    Recruit, develop and coach a fit for future team of Technology engineers
•    Role model the competencies and behaviours required to deliver business value through technology delivery and innovation
•    Participate on employer branding and engagement events, actively seek for talent on the market to build pipeline 
•    Support people in growing, developing on the job learning and as part of regular career discussions 
•    Be an example and drive the people towards continuous self- learning 
•    Continually assess skills and capability and address performance issues where appropriate


 

We are looking for you if you have
•    MSc. in computer science or Engineering or Economics
•    10+ years Telco or IT experience in engineering/sales/marketing
•    5+ years leadership experience
•    Proven track record of driving or supporting complex sales opportunities/projects
•    Previous experience in customer facing role is a must
•    Strong business mindset, good understanding of P&L
•    Demonstrable Telco/ICT background, good understanding of network and converged services
•    Solid understanding of Telco and ICT market
•    Experience of managing large-scale business planning and delivery activities 
•    Experience of managing Enterprise customers
•    Strong communication and presentation skills
•    Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
•    Strong verbal and written English and Hungarian knowledge is a must
•    Highly motivated, customer focused, innovative individual
