We are looking for a
IP/VoIP Support Engineer 
for our Technology Department

Your place in the team
Accountable for service deployment & operation of Vodafone Hungary’s enterprise fixed data and voice services. Responsible for the technical part of new service deployment and bespoke customer solution deployment with customer first mindset. Also responsible for continuous (7*24 hours) operation and maintenance of the Enterprise Core and Access network devices, services. On-call support out of business hours.

You will be involved in the following tasks
•    IP/VoIP connectivity technologies deploying & operation. 
•    Creating low level design and implementation of complex cases. 
•    Controlling the release/change of technical changes with support of other departments. 
•    Continuous service improvement, updating design materials, such as LLD/configuration templates and other technical materials. 
•    Performing administrative tasks related to services (up-to-date technical records, documentation of material usage, updating of monitoring systems). 
•    Incident ticket managing for troubleshooting 
•    Taking ownership the reported issues of the customers and seeing problems through to resolution. 
•    Coordinating and supporting field service teams during the installation or replacing of endpoints (CPEs). 
•    Field operation (on site troubleshooting, replacing of endpoints, testing of technical parameters for Enterprise services) 
•    Equipment deployment in both Vodafone and customer premises. 
•    Testing of new network devices and configurations in test lab. 
•    Contributes to new product development projects with deployment and operational aspects. 
•    Cooperation and keep in touch with other team in VBTS (Vodafone Business Technology Solution) 
•    Supporting customer and core network operation

We are looking for you if you have

•    BSc. graduate in IT/Electrical & Electronics Engineering 
•    3-5 years of experience in O&M of IP/VoIP networks or in relevant fields 
•    Experience in deploying & operation Enterprise fixed data & voice services 
•    Good knowledge of the network components and protocols 
•    CCNA or similar certification is a plus
•    Hands-on experience with Linux / open-source environments 
•    Experience with the following vendors :Cisco/Ciena/Juniper/Huawei/Oracle is an advantage
•    Medium or strong verbal and written English skills 
•    Category “B” driving license 
•    Excellent communication and conflict management skills 
•    Highly motivated, customer focused individual 
•    Can-do attitude, assertive personality and ability to work in a team
