Your place in the team
•    To ensure quality products.
•    To Coordinate and Execute Customer Acceptance Testing

 

You will be involved in the following tasks
Test Execution
•    Execute test as per actual schedule
•    Administer tests in Quality Center
•    Retest defect fixes
•    Execute regression tests
•    Report defects and resolution plan to test experts and manager
•    Execute live tests during project launch

 

Defect Management
•    Administer and track defects in Quality Center
•    Participate defect triage meetings
•    Describe and reproduce defects to vendors

 

Reporting
•    Report key defects to senior test analyst
•    Report blocking issues to senior test analysts

 

CMS, Self-care and Net Info test execution 
•    Ensure integrity and quality of CVM, Net Info, PSM, SPR and Self-care configurations
•    Coordinate testing and defect management of promotions

 

Promotion and fleet verification
•    Verify promotions and fleets
•    Administer and manage unexpected results
•    Keep SLA timing

 

Customer Experience
•    Ensure that CX strategy, ambitions and guidelines are taken into account when designing new products. (together within CXU/CX)
•    Ensure that Customer Experience Channel leads are involved in product design making sure that customer experience ambitions are harmonized with new product developments.

 

Customer Care related tasks:
•    40% of time provide support the Customer Care focusing on the specific team he/she has worked.
•    Other Customer Care related tasks according to Manager’s direction

We are looking for you if you have
•    IT BSC/ MSC degree is an advance
•    2+ years testing experience or 4+ year Retail, CC or Application and technical support experience
•    Capable of resolving conflicts
•    Good analytical and strategic skills and focus 
•    Good interpersonal and influencing skills
•    Monotony tolerance 
•    Strategic outlook, attention to detail
•    Excellent presentation, written and verbal communications skills 
•    Proactive, can work individually but very good team player 
•    Able to synthesize complicated concepts and to simplify the complex issues
•    Fluent English – written/spoken
•    Customer centric mindset
