Technology Director Assistant 
for our Technology Team

Your place in the team

 

Supporting the daily work of the Technology Director and Head of level within the Technology Business Unit as well as leading the event planning for Technology team.

You will be involved in the following tasks

 

 

Support the daily work of the Director

 

•    Supporting the Director with administrative works
•    Organizing meetings, calendar  appointments, business travels
•    Handling phone calls,  emails, letters and minutes of meeting and provide status report on followed-up action items
•    Preparing presentation, weekly/monthly reports 
•    Ensure compliance with internal policies

 

Team Engagement

 

•    Act as part of the technology leadership team and support them on reaching max efficiency and improving leadership team spirit and collaboration. 
•    Come up and execute ideas and events to improve team engagement
•    Get team feedback about areas of improvements within the department

 

Event Management


•    Plan all technology team events in collaboration with the head of governance, quality and assurance
•    Manage and oversee internal and external communication of Technology Department
•    Build  and maintain partnerships and events with internal and external parties to enlarge the Technology capabilities

 

Administrative tasks of the Department

 

•    Updating common folders, databases and organizational charts
•    Informing the team about internal communication issues,  writing information letters
•    Dealing with the office environment, ordering the stationery needs 
•    Coordinate all Timesheet related activities 

 

Supporting the daily work of the Head ofs

 

•    Organizing their meetings, business travels, calendars, invitations
•    Supporting them with administrative works


We are looking for you if you have

 

•    College or University degree
•    Proven work experience as a personal assistant and/or event management
•    Knowledge of office management systems and procedures in multinational environment
•    Perfect computer skills and good level of English knowledge
•    Outstanding organisational and time management skills
•    Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
•    Excellent verbal and written communications skills
•    Project management skills
•    Discretion and confidentiality
•    Experience in support and team engagement roles (in multinational environment)
