Join our team as:
Marketing Team Leader/Account Manager


What you will do:
• Manage a team of creatives for Vodafone Business Marketing and be their day-to-day Account Manager.
• Engage, motivate and lead the team to effectively reach operational targets.
• Deal on a daily basis with our onshore stakeholders (and acts as first escalation point) and their B2B requests/briefs.
• Organise workflow of the team in project management software and through daily stand ups.
• Manage the wellbeing of the team
• Provide info/results for monthly/quarterly/yearly KPI performance reports to senior management.

This job is for you if you have: 
• Native-like English skills, both written and oral
• Agency experience as an Account Manager
• Previous leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention-to-detail
• Ability to proactively manage client relationships, working to tight deadlines
• Ability to drive insight and understanding amongst the team to ensure output quality is high and meets the needs of the business
