We are looking for a
Talent, Skills & Inclusion Manager 
for our HR Department

Your place in the team
To input to the strategy development of culture transformation and for landing the Vodafone Spirit in the organization, by conducting training need analysis and translating people strategy into state of the art talent and skills strategy and initiative.
Contributes to the people strategy by developing and implementing a robust leadership, soft skill development, functional reskilling-upskilling and talent management agenda in line with the global trends, future-ready learning technologies and group guidelines.


You will be involved in the following tasks
•    Influences decisions and contributes to the local culture transformation and learning and development strategy, processes, practices and executes the operational plans for Capability Development (Leadership, soft skills and functional skills development programs), Performance & Talent Management and Culture transformation. 
•    Responsible for a team that executes all talent and skill development activities (e.g. training needs gap analysis, sourcing vendors / building content to design curriculums and learning campaigns);

•    Communicates with and influences stakeholders across functions at a senior level  and responsible for learning need analysis to ensure that we are building the right capability and talent to deliver our purpose 
•    Collaborates with the business and HR Business partners and responsible for identifying the relevant skills required across the organisation
•    Responsible for the design and delivery of the leadership development & upskilling and soft skill development programs in line with the global learning strategy
•    Contribute to the culture transformation of the organization (Spirit, digital and agile, post-pandemic way of working) including learning and development related plans and developing roadmap for landing the Vodafone Spirit in the organization
•    In line with the overall strategy executes the Diversity & Inclusion agenda and responsible for building and mobilizing inclusive communities.
•    Drive the annual performance management cycle including the related processes, communication and policies
•    Ensure effective succession discussions and talent programs to build internal talent pipeline
•    Focusses upon the shaping and delivery of talent initiatives which seek to define, identify, develop and deploy our talented people
•    Set KPIs and reporting to monitor and control quality of the assigned projects and programs. 
•    Act as SPOC for global communities talent and skill development 
•    Responsible for suppliers of the capability development 

We are looking for you if you have
•    College / university degree in HR / Business / psychology
•    Fluent English
•    5+ years’ experience in HR, especially in learning and development and talent management
•    3+ years’ experience in team leaders role
•    Proven experience in organization development and change management 
•    Senior trainer experience
•    Proactive, can work individually but very good team player, excellent presentation, written and verbal communications skills
•    Facilitation, communication skills, high level of creativity 
•    Project management skills and ability to professionally interact with a diverse project team
