Strategic Partnerships Specialist – Maternity cover

 Your role  in a nutshell: Our new colleague will be responsible for developing strategic partner relationships, managing incentive programs and transformational projects with strategic partners.

Why you will love your job:
• Leading the planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing of projects, you will be accountable for the entire project scope, project team, resources, and the success or failure of the project
• Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders while ensuring feasibility
• You will be responsible for tracking project performance, specifically analysing the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Heading full risk management including identification, monetisation and mitigation
• Establishing processes in order to build new partner relationships and identifying improvements to develop existing ones
 Leading negotiations with the senior leadership of Strategic Partners about accreditation and incentive programs to identify new opportunities
• You will be responsible for claiming, receiving and distributing partner funds in a timely fashion through delegated ownership of the budget
• Global planning and project management of Partner audits
• Identifying process improvement areas and runs improvement projects in a global environment


What you will bring to the team:
• 5+ years  of experience in the field of Project/Program management or Partner Management Experience
• Telco sector knowledge is a huge advantage
• Experience in leading and managing virtual project teams
• High command of English on negotiation level
• Advanced level Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong decision-making capability and the ability to balance conflicting priorities
 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Solid facilitation and presentation skills (audience up to C-Level)
• An eye for detail and good analytical skills, ability to work with incomplete data sets
• Proactive problem solving skills towards continuous improvement
